There is something about being up early enough to watch the sun rise over our beautiful Wasatch Mountains on a clear crisp summer day, with a girl on horseback carrying the American flag, and everyone singing the national anthem (accompanied by LeAnn Rimes) that touches the heart, brings a tear to the eye, and makes everyone proud to be a Red Blooded American.   I want to thank US Foods for inviting me to carry the American flag at their Truck Rodeo this morning and also for their support of the Cowboy Hospitality Tent at Ogden Pioneer Days and for helping me at my own Miss Rodeo Utah Fundraiser last fall.
